Refund Policy


To request a return please contact us by email or phone using our contact page and we will be happy to help.

Delivered goods that are damaged. We will arrange for the product to be picked up and cover any costs to replace or refund asap after receiving the damaged items back.

Customers have up to 14 days after you have received the item, to return unwanted goods to us if bought by mistake. Shipping costs and a 4.4% credit card charge can be applied.

Goods that have clearly been damaged by the customer will not be refunded and you will be liable for any costs incurred by us. 

All refunds will be processed asap or no later than 14 days from when we received the item/s back.

2.2 Refunds of goods that are (clearly marked on our site not in stock till) and then cancelled will carry a charge to cover credit any credit card charges.


  • If you would like to cancel an order you made by mistake that has not entered the delivery process yet, this is usually within 2 hours of placing the order please ring us and we will try our hardest to sort it out.

  • If your order has entered the delivery process, it is no longer possible to cancel it. You may refuse the package or return it by contacting us for a returns form. 

What about damaged or faulty goods?

If you feel your purchase is in an unsatisfactory condition when it is delivered please can you refuse the delivery and speak to our Customer Services team on the number provided on our contact us page so we can replace the item as quickly as possible or refund you as quickly as we can we are here to help.

If you are not present at the time of delivery …

If you have arranged for the goods to be delivered when you are not present and you discover a fault then we would ask you to notify us and email photographic evidence of the fault you have discovered if you are able to. Please ensure your photographs or file sizes sent by email are suitably sized and not too large, as this will result in us not receiving them.

How long does the refund take to reach me?

Once the process of returning the item/s has been completed we will initiate a refund asap that should be processed no longer than 14 days. We will only refund the amount to the original payment method you used to place your order with us - this is to guard against any potential fraud to protect you and us.
